kokta ägg. Man kan använda vilken färs som helst och kycklinglever eller

<p class="MsoNormal">Denna är en rätt som heter ”Drob” på rumänska, äts mest vid
högtider typ jul eller påsk.<br />

<p class="MsoNormal"></p><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Hacka och fräs löken i lite olja.</li><li>(Ev. torka av leverskivorna med hushållspapper.) Koka levern i några minuter
tills den blir fast men inte torr. Ta ut levern från vattnet, låt den kallna
och skär den i små tärningar.</li><li>I en skål, blanda hackad lever, färs, lök, fyra ägg, timjan,
salt, peppar, dill/persilja. </li><li>Häll halva smeten i en smord form (1,5 liter). Lägg de kokta
(skalade <span style="font-family: "Segoe UI Emoji",sans-serif; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-char-type: symbol-ext; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-symbol-font-family: "Segoe UI Emoji";">😊</span>) hela äggen på smeten, häll resten av smeten
över äggen. </li><li>Grädda i 175° C i ca en timme. Ös under tiden såsen som blir
i formen över smeten så att den inte torkas ut. Grädda tills smeten släpper
formens kanter.</li><li>Låt den kallna, skär den i skivor. (Den kan ätas även varm,
värms i skivor i en stekpanna.)</li><li>

lade leverskivorna i mjölk i en skål, skålen i kylskåpet för ca en halv timme.
Detta för att ta bort bitterheten (säger man…). Detta är inte nödvändigt att

Fräs spenaten i smöret tills all vätska kokat bort. Krydda med muskot, salt och

Ansa och hacka svampen grovt. Fräs svampen i olja tills den får lite färg. <br />
Blanda svampen med spenat och ricotta. <br />

lasagneplattorna, rulla ihop dem och lägg dem i formen. Fördela resten av såsen

Toppa med parmesan och ställ in i mitten av ugnen ca 20 minuter, tills de är
gyllene.<br />

upp en blandning av smör och olja i en panna och stek kål och lök varsamt i ca 60 minuter. Mängden kål kan verka alldeles för stor, men
den sjunker långsamt ihop och får en fin, brynt yta. <br /><br /></span></li><li><span face=""Arial",sans-serif" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;">Sätt ugnen på 175°C. Blanda i en skål färs, ägg, grädde, ströbröd, vatten, fond, salt, peppar. Lägg i hälften
av kålblandningen och vänd ihop smeten. Fördela blandningen i en ugnsfast form
och lägg resten av kålen över ytan. Sätt in i ugnen. Efter ca 30 minuter lägg
